Can I charge my clients a management fee on top?
Yes. Many partners bundle the licence into a monthly retainer. There are no restrictions on what you charge for your own work.
What happens if a client leaves?
Move the sub-site allocation to another client, or hand the install over — the plugin keeps working on their site either way.
Is the white-label complete?
Plugin name, author, logo, admin menu label, email templates and the widget footer are all rebrandable. Nothing points back to us.
Do you compete with partners on implementation?
No. We sell software; implementation leads are routed to directory partners.
